We stand behind our professional test equipment with a dedicated 30-day return policy.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a device does not meet your lab requirements, you can initiate a return within 30 days from the original delivery date of your test kits.

To start a return, please submit a formal request with your ickits order number and device serial number.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of instrument inspection. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, excluding initial shipping and restocking fees.

Equipment Guidelines

Returned hardware must comply with the following standards:

  • Returned within 30 days

  • Original calibration seals intact

Ineligible gear for returns:

  • Custom-configured kits, specialized probes, or personalized setups.

  • Instruments with broken factory calibration seals or modified firmware.

  • Products showing clear signs of user-induced electrical overstress or physical drop damage.

  • Units missing original accessories, manuals, terminal blocks, or lead sets.

We reserve the right to deny returns for high-precision equipment that fails our lab inspection standards.

You are responsible for safely packing and shipping the device. Send all verified return parcels to our lab:

We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. ickits is not liable for instruments lost or damaged in transit. No refunds will be issued without formal receipt and subsequent technical inspection.

Claims

For warranty claims within the 1-year coverage period, please submit your calibration certificate and a detailed error log. We will repair or replace qualifying defective diagnostic modules promptly.

If the unit was purchased through an authorized regional distributor, please contact them directly to process your hardware replacement or calibration service request.
